FragmentLooper

This is an application that plays a fragment or a piece of a sound file. This provides a simple tool that allows people to repeatedly play a section of a sound file without manually trying to jump about as youd need to do in a standard music player. It was originally conceived as a tool to help musicians practice by letting them focus on a smaller part of a song. It can be used for other purposes like allowing language students to repeat small passages in their hearing exercises.
